TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Sioux Lookout intends to pass a By-law pursuant to Section 34 of the Municipal Act, 2001, to close part of a road allowance at the location described below, pursuant to Sections 8 and 9 of the Municipal Act, 2001, to authorize the sale of the lands to the owners of the abutting lands. The following is a summary of the proceedings of the Regular Council Meeting held November 15, 2023:
