If you are interested in submitting a request, please complete an Application form which can be obtained from the Municipal website: http://bit.ly/SLKTdonationReq or the document can be picked up at the Municipal Office, 25 Fifth Avenue, Customer Service Desk.
Deadline for submitting a request is Tuesday, November 30th, 2021 @ Noon
