The Committee of Adjustment will host three public hearings on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at 5:00 p.m.

1) TAKE NOTICE THAT an application for a minor variance has been submitted under Section 45 (1) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter p. 13, from Bob Michieli for the property located at 79 Queen Street in the Municipality of Sioux Lookout. The subject lands are known legally as PLAN M220 LOTS 169 TO 173 236 TO 240 PT LOTS 168 235 PCL 42802 PT LANE CLOSED RP 23R10701 PART 4 PCL 43447. The subject lands are located within the Downtown Commercial (CD) Zone in the Zoning By-law, and are designated Commercial Core in the Official Plan.

2) TAKE NOTICE THAT an application for a minor variance has been submitted under Section 45 (1) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter p. 13, from Ryan Brazier for the property located at 52 Loon Lake Road in the Municipality of Sioux Lookout. The subject lands are known legally as DRAYTON PT ML HW114 RP 23R12329 PARTS 1 AND 2. The subject lands are located within the Residential Shoreline (RS) Zone in the Zoning By-law, and are designated Residential Shoreline in the Official Plan.

3) TAKE NOTICE THAT an application for a minor variance has been submitted under Section 45 (1) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter p. 13, from Matthew Turner on behalf of Sioux Lookout First Nations Health Authority (SLFNHA) for the property located at 40 King Street in the Municipality of Sioux Lookout. The subject lands are known legally as PLAN M220 LOT 152 PCL 5905 and are located in the Urban Sioux Lookout Settlement Area. The subject lands are located within the Downtown Commercial (CD) Zone in the Zoning By-law, and are designated Commercial Core in the Official Plan.
